Is Shiptoall available on all Shopify plans?

  • To use Shiptoall, your store must have the third-party carrier-calculated shipping feature enabled. Check Shopify's documentation to see which plans include this feature.
  • For Address Validation, Product Offers, and Checkout Customizations, your store must be on Shopify Plus, as Shopify requires this plan for advanced checkout features.

Billing

What is monthly billing based on?

  • Your subscription is determined by the total number of orders processed through checkout.
  • Test, draft orders or abandoned carts are excluded and do not affect your monthly order total.

Diffrence be ‘Sandbox Mode’ and ‘Free-Trial’ ?

  • Sandbox Mode alow you to configure Shiptoall at your own speed—your until you’re ready to go live.
  • Your 15-day free trial begins once you choose a billing plan and activate your account.
